I’d like to take this opportunity to write a few line about my experience dealing with Craig Brown when I was looking for a place to buy. It took me about a year and a half and I think Craig was more patient than I was. At some point when I thought I found my favarite place, he would calmly and proffesionally explain that this was not good enough for me. He wasn’t interested in just closing a deal to make his commision, rather he wanted to make sure not only I found my favorite place but a good investment too.
