HUD’s July 2011 Housing Scorecard gives you a Snapshot of the US Housing Market. While the market still is looking rather bleak, there are signs of improvement in some US Cities. I think Denver’s Real Estate Market will be one of the leaders in showing stabilization & improvement in the sales numbers and prices over the next 12-18 Months. Still a ways to go & lots of obstacles that could knock it off track, but I’m optimistic about the vitality of our marketplace! Click the link below for a copy of the full report.
